5 Ways to be gentle with Yourself

4.CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESS
With this always on the Go mindset it's easy to finish on task and jump right into the next stop and take a moment to reflect on each of your success of the day

5.GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK
Metaphorically and Literally take breaks 5 to 10 minutes throughout your day to jump pause and breathe. if you make a mistake, acknowledge it and forgive yourself.
