Negligence is getting someone else's punishment. A similar case has come up in the Government Polytechnic of Basti district. Here in 2017, the degree was awarded to the passed students, but it was not even signed by the Principal.
This fact came to light when a trainee Aijaz Ahmad reached there on Thursday to sign the degree with Principal Hariom Verma.
